What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation initiatives, including proofs of value, to demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Design solution architectures and own the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape and execute account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion.
• Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices to improve ROI.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and competitive insights with Product Management and Engineering.
• Create reusable technical collateral, best practice guidance, and examples to support customers and partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles involving solution design and evaluation.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable source control and collaboration platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, deployment, and security operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical practitioners and business leaders.
