What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for clients, from requirement analysis to API integration and training.
• Act as the primary technical consultant during discovery calls to guide solution design and document requirements.
• Develop high-quality integration resources, reference architectures, and API documentation for client onboarding.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale.
• Cultivate relationships with technical stakeholders and provide expert-level troubleshooting during implementation.
• Advocate for product enhancements by aligning client needs with the TRM product roadmap.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Senior Solutions Architect, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success Engineering roles.
• Proven track record of customizing API-based SaaS products in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, or Typescript to build PoCs.
• High level of AI fluency as a baseline expectation for accelerating workflows and solving problems.
• Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in North America with ability to overlap 8am-5pm EST for collaboration.
