Salary: $148,750 - $201,250 USD

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, addressing mission-critical challenges and goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams to foster continuous growth.
• Architect and deploy secure solutions using Kubernetes, Zarf, and UDS packages.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Manage proof-of-concept work and assist with product demonstrations and content creation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contract requirements.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ years in a management role.
• Extensive knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with system architecture in both cloud and on-prem environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with defense-based customer-facing engagements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the CNCF ecosystem and tooling.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
• Background in full-stack development.
• Experience with GitOps principles.
