What you will do
- Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts using email, phone, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound leads and ensure follow-up within a 24-hour SLA.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess integration needs, pain points, and budget.
- Book sales-qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of relevant, transferable experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated research and prospecting skills.
- Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Nice to have
- Experience working US business hours from the Philippines.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, legal, or education.
- Interest in growing into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months.
