What you will do

  • Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts using email, phone, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure follow-up within a 24-hour SLA.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess integration needs, pain points, and budget.
  • Book sales-qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of relevant, transferable experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated research and prospecting skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Nice to have

  • Experience working US business hours from the Philippines.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, legal, or education.
  • Interest in growing into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months.
