What you will do

• Review and validate inspection reports for accuracy, ensuring alignment between data, photos, and asset records.
• Support the administration and tracking of preventative maintenance programs, specifically padmount transformer inspections.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in reports by coordinating with field inspectors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing and updating asset data within SAP and related systems.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to track and report on maintenance program performance.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with data quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Richmond, Virginia
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Process Analyst role.
• Must have experience working with SAP or similar asset management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on issue resolution.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in operations and/or distribution.
• Familiarity with Power BI for report consumption and basic analysis.
• Experience supporting data validation, inspections, or maintenance programs.
• Associate's Degree in Business Analytics or relevant certification.
