What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and logistics to optimize the end-to-end value chain.
• Act as an engineer within the supply chain to resolve material shortages and ensure production continuity.
• Develop and maintain global value stream models to inform strategic network decisions.
• Identify system constraints and define boundary conditions to improve flow and capacity.
• Analyze physical flows, transit times, and delivery performance to implement data-driven improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Decatur, IL

• Expertise in business process design and process management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in complex system modeling and optimization.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and lead-time elements in supply chain and purchasing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformations and influence stakeholders.
