What you will do

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies specifically for raw PCBs.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, and segmentation to ensure a resilient supply base.
• Manage supplier relationships through performance reviews, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives using should-cost models, market benchmarks, and value engineering.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations on New Product Introduction (NPI) and design for manufacturability.
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies and geopolitical exposure.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
• Experience with PCBs or complex electronic components.
• Strong negotiation and contracting skills with proven success in cost management.
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, both domestic and international.
• Must be located in or able to commute to North Reading, MA, US.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business.
• Experience in EMS/CM environments or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes, stackups, and DFM principles.
• Experience in the high-tech, semiconductor, or capital equipment industry.
