What you will do

• Own the global sourcing strategy and vendor relationships for hardside/softside suitcases, travel bags, and accessories.
• Lead vendor onboarding, quality reviews, and commercial negotiations to improve margins and PCOGS.
• Drive operational rigor across the supply base to improve lead times, on-time delivery, and production SLAs.
• Identify and onboard new vendor partners with scalable capacity and competitive cost structures.
• Conduct regular vendor visits to build long-term relationships and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to ensure seamless product launches and replenishment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management operating with major US market-based retailers.
• Deep network of partner factory connections globally within the luggage and accessories category.
• Expertise in leveraging vendor knowledge to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market.
• Supply chain background with experience in lean and just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on execution and process improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
