Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 8+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years managing engineers.
• Proficiency in machine learning, specifically tree-based models, transformers, deep learning, and agentic ML.
• Strong engineering skills and ability to provide hands-on technical leadership for code and architecture.
• Must be based in Canada.
