Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing diverse engineering teams and delivering large technical programs.
• Deep expertise in cache architecture, including tiered design, eviction, TTL, and consistency models.
• Proven track record operating low-latency, high-throughput platforms such as Redis, DynamoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a growth mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
