Salary: $184,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do

  • Set and evolve the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Redesign recruiting operations to leverage AI and automation for sourcing and screening.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global talent acquisition team.
  • Build recruiting operating rhythms and reporting to track pipeline health and performance.
  • Govern recruiting technology and AI capabilities while balancing innovation and risk.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of transforming talent acquisition teams and operating models.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered recruiting tools and modern workflows.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making using data.
  • Experience hiring across both go-to-market and technical organizations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Raleigh, NC.
