Salary: $184,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do
- Set and evolve the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
- Redesign recruiting operations to leverage AI and automation for sourcing and screening.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies.
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global talent acquisition team.
- Build recruiting operating rhythms and reporting to track pipeline health and performance.
- Govern recruiting technology and AI capabilities while balancing innovation and risk.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of transforming talent acquisition teams and operating models.
- Experience implementing AI-powered recruiting tools and modern workflows.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making using data.
- Experience hiring across both go-to-market and technical organizations.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Raleigh, NC.
