Salary: $375,000 - $400,000 (NYC based)

What you will do
- Design and implement a predictive, AI-first talent acquisition architecture that maps company growth to workforce requirements.
- Lead and mentor a global team of recruiters, sourcers, and operational specialists to deliver high-quality, outcome-driven hiring.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate long-term product roadmaps into multi-year global talent strategies.
- Deploy AI agents across sourcing, screening, and scheduling workflows to optimize for human-centric hiring.
- Maintain rigorous global compliance and data privacy standards across US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Position the employer brand as an authentic reflection of an AI-first culture to attract top-tier technical and sales talent.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX or New York, NY.
- Proven leadership experience in scaling talent operations within high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity environments.
- Strong familiarity with market data platforms, equity design, and localized compensation bands.
- Deep experience scaling international tech hubs across EMEA and APJC with knowledge of cross-border talent mobilization.
- Ability to model organizational systems and identify core constraints using rigorous data diagnostics.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export-controlled technology.

- Experience guiding talent operations through corporate reorganizations or post-acquisition integrations.
