What you will do

  • Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting North American mid-market companies.
  • Scale and optimize cold email infrastructure, LinkedIn sequencing, and data enrichment tools.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to transform success stories into high-end technical case studies and white papers.
  • Guide the optimization of high-intent vertical landing pages to convert executive traffic into discovery calls.
  • Take absolute accountability for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline velocity, and total closed-won pipeline value.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms.
  • Proven track record of building campaigns that contributed to closing high-value, six- or seven-figure enterprise service retainers.
  • Ability to write compelling, sophisticated copy for executive-level outreach.
  • Self-starter mindset capable of mapping macro-strategy, executing tactical email templates, and auditing funnel metrics independently.
