Focus on scaling ad accounts up to $3M monthly spend, competitive analysis, full-funnel attribution, and innovative AI search integrations.

Location: Remote (Portugal; Brazil; Spain) supporting EST time zone (9 AM–5 PM EST)

What you will do

  • Plan and implement paid search strategies focused on brand visibility, user acquisition, and leads using Google, YouTube, Bing, and AI platforms like Kontext and Koah.
  • Conduct brand audits, competitive research, and market analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage 6-10 client accounts with $20K–$3M monthly spends, handling creative strategy, builds, optimization, and reporting.
  • Master KPIs (CPA, CAC, iROAS, MER, CTR, CPM), make real-time ad decisions, and develop quarterly forecasts.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and analytics teams to align on performance goals and full-funnel strategies.
  • Deep dive into e-commerce P&Ls, client needs, and industry benchmarks for proactive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in paid media advertising, especially Paid Search and Google, building high-converting funnels.
  • 3+ years managing paid search for consumer clients with $400K+ monthly aggregate spend.
  • Mastery of e-commerce marketing funnel from offer to conversion.
  • Expertise in ad copy, short-form video creative, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Experience with core revenue metrics (CPA, CAC, iROAS, aMER, CPM) and platform ad managers.
  • Strong client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
