What you will do

• Increase efficiency and reduce cycle times by optimizing process parameters and equipment.
• Eliminate manufacturing waste, including time, scrap, and effort, through process optimization.
• Establish and maintain machine and process capability within the area of responsibility.
• Create and update production documentation (Process Data Sheets, Work Instructions, P-FMEA) per IATF 16949 standards.
• Collaborate with Process Development and Corporate teams to implement new production processes.
• Validate process and product characteristics as defined by Product Development and Quality departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 2 years of experience with JIT Principles and Automated Manufacturing.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Plastic Processing, Continuous Improvement, and Analytical Troubleshooting.
• Ability to work onsite at the Duncan, US plant.

Nice to have

• Experience with 2D and 3D Modeling Software.
• Knowledge of Industrial Automation and Controls.
