What you will do

• Lead, train, and supervise a cross-functional team of assembly technicians and operators.
• Oversee assembly processes integrating additively manufactured and traditional components.
• Provide direct hands-on support for complex builds, troubleshooting, and production escalations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards including IATF 16949, AS9100, and defense regulations.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and waste reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support new product introduction.

Requirements

• Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing or assembly supervision within automotive, aerospace, or defense industries.
• Proven experience with manufacturing technologies and hybrid production environments.
• Knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection techniques.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and production tracking tools.
• Familiarity with documentation, traceability, and audit readiness.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, NADCAP, or IATF 16949 standards.
• Experience with post-processing of AM parts such as heat treatment, machining, or surface finishing.
• Strong understanding of metal additive manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX or other CAD software.
