Salary: $48.15 - $76.46 per hour

What you will do
- Maintain and operate metal powder bed fusion AM machines to ensure optimal part quality and production throughput.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and unplanned mechanical or electro-optical repairs.
- Diagnose intricate electrical and mechanical issues and document root causes to drive corrective actions.
- Execute complex optical and mechanical calibration procedures to uphold precision standards.
- Work with PLCs for automated systems and interpret technical schematics for troubleshooting.
- Support continuous improvement and quality programs such as AS9100 and IATF 16949.
Requirements
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field, or equivalent maintenance technician experience.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities in automation and machine control.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical repair and the use of precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to work in a factory environment, including lifting up to 30 lbs, kneeling, and climbing.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and verbal communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with SLM Solutions, EOS, RenAM, or Velo3D machines.
