What you will do

• Maintain and operate metal powder bed fusion AM machines to ensure optimal part quality and production throughput.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and unplanned mechanical or electro-optical repairs.
• Diagnose intricate electrical and mechanical issues and document root causes to drive corrective actions.
• Execute complex optical and mechanical calibration procedures to uphold precision standards.
• Work with PLCs for automated systems and interpret technical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Support continuous improvement and quality programs such as AS9100 and IATF 16949.

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field, or equivalent maintenance technician experience.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities in automation and machine control.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical repair and the use of precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to work in a factory environment, including lifting up to 30 lbs, kneeling, and climbing.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with SLM Solutions, EOS, RenAM, or Velo3D machines.
