What you will do

• Lead and support the design, development, and integration of manufacturing processes for vehicle parts.
• Drive process improvements focused on safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Support equipment installation, startup, debug, and run-at-rate activities.
• Partner with product engineering to ensure manufacturability is built into the design process.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance.
• Develop process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field.
• Experience designing, developing, or integrating manufacturing processes in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process troubleshooting and manufacturing launch support.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive manufacturing, foundry, or automation environments.
• Familiarity with GMS or similar manufacturing systems.
• Experience supporting production trials and engineering change processes.
