What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise, multi-product implementations across state and local government clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (Project Managers, Architects, Engineering, Product) using matrix management.
• Establish program governance structures, including charter frameworks, RACI matrices, and escalation paths.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for client executives, department heads, and C-suite sponsors.
• Design and execute change management strategies to ensure organizational readiness and user adoption.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field delivery observations into product roadmap input.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive program and project management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing multi-product, multi-stakeholder enterprise-scale implementations.
• Demonstrated experience with governmental clients or equivalent regulated public sector environments.
• Ability to produce executive-ready documentation and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or SAFe Agile certification accepted.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate professional experience.

Nice to have

• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
