TL;DR

Senior Manager of Implementation (AI): Leading the customer onboarding team to ensure successful integration of AI tools for construction companies with an accent on people management and process optimization. Focus on scaling B2B SaaS onboarding teams, resolving complex enterprise launch friction, and mentoring Implementation Managers.

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (Hybrid: M/W/F in-office). Up to 25% travel required.

Compensation: $185K – $230K OTE + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Hire, develop, and mentor a team of Implementation Managers and Specialists.
  • Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature through the first 90 days.
  • Act as the leadership sponsor for high-stakes launches and advocate for customers across Product, Ops, and CS.
  • Maintain a tight operating cadence including 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and account health audits.
  • Partner with Sales for handoffs and Customer Success for ongoing ownership transitions.
  • Identify friction patterns in the launch process and codify improvements into team playbooks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing implementation, onboarding, or professional services teams.
  • 8+ years of total experience in implementation or professional services.
  • Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS onboarding teams during high-growth periods.
  • Strong project management skills in scoping, sequencing, and milestone management.
  • Experience operating in regulated or operationally complex environments.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to drive commitments from internal and external partners.
