What you will do

• Perform interactive platform demonstrations for prospective customers to showcase AI capabilities.
• Educate technical teams on the architecture and technical implementation of the hirify.global solution.
• Scope and execute sponsored pilot and Proof of Value (PoV) exercises to validate business objectives.
• Train customers and partners on the product to ensure successful adoption and technical success.
• Represent the company at major industry events such as Google Cloud Next and AWS re:invent.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to investigate issues and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales using value-based discovery frameworks.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms including GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Knowledge of identity services, SSO providers (Azure/Entra ID, Okta), and protocols (SAML, SCIM, OIDC).
• Proficiency with APIs and security concepts such as Firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, and WAFs.
