What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts including vendor, licensing, software, and services agreements.
• Provide actionable legal guidance and risk assessments to business unit leadership on contractual and regulatory issues.
• Collaborate closely with privacy and security teams to handle information security and business associate agreements.
• Research legal issues and stay current with relevant case law and court opinions.
• Support risk management and litigation matters in coordination with outside counsel.
• Contribute to the improvement of contracting processes and the development of agreement templates.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
• 5+ years of applicable legal experience.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and legal requirements).
• Extensive knowledge of commercial contract law and corporate law.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
