Salary: $185,000 - $230,551 USD

What you will do

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial, procurement, manufacturing, and supply agreements.
• Serve as the primary legal partner for internal stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, Commercial, and IT functions.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of contract-related policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain standard contract forms, templates, and playbooks.
• Coordinate with Legal Operations to manage contract intake and prioritization.
• Provide ad hoc legal support and assist with cross-functional special projects.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state, with admission to the New Jersey Bar or eligibility for in-house qualification in NJ.
• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks such as the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract lifecycle management tools.
