What you will do

• Manage the delivery of global mobility services for clients across various industries.
• Provide innovative tax planning and compliance expertise for multinational workforces.
• Formulate and implement cross-border tax savings strategies and tax-efficient structures.
• Oversee client services teams, manage project budgets, and lead engagements.
• Advise companies on the tax implications of global mobility and coordinate international tax laws.
• Mentor, train, and assess the performance of staff and seniors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or JD certification is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax consulting, with at least 3 years focused on international expatriate services.
• Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or a large corporate global mobility department.
• Ability to work in Atlanta, GA, with a requirement for in-person attendance 3+ days per week.
• Ability to travel to various client sites as needed.
