• Prepare and review federal and multi-state tax returns for partnerships and S corporations.
• Conduct technical tax research on complex tax issues for a diverse client base.
• Supervise and mentor associate-level staff, providing leadership and career guidance.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver tax consulting services.
• Assist with special projects and ensure engagement deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Support clients in minimizing federal, state, and local tax liabilities.

Требования

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis in Flow-Through Taxation.
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Licensed CPA, in the process of obtaining CPA license, or EA certified.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in developing and training associate-level professionals.
