What you will do

• Oversee income tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provisions, and indirect tax filings including sales, use, and property tax.
• Lead and mentor the tax team, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, legal, and treasury teams to align tax strategies with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements by implementing tax tools, data analytics, and automation solutions.
• Manage relationships with external tax service providers to ensure quality and timely filings.
• Support tax audits and respond to income tax authority inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, preferably in public accounting or a Fortune 500 environment.
• Strong expertise in income tax, ASC 740, and multi-state taxation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and tax technology tools.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and develop high-performing teams.
