What you will do

• Assist in all aspects of US international tax reporting and non-US local tax matters.
• Support the International Tax Manager with international tax provision items including NCTI, FDDEI, and FTCs.
• Manage post-merger integration tax planning and consulting.
• Ensure compliance with US Form 5471s and 8858s.
• Collaborate with global offices and internal departments on technical tax issues.
• Utilize AI tools and tax software to streamline daily tax operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax required (CPA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in international tax.
• Working knowledge of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting.
• Familiarity with Pillar Two concepts and tax provisions.
• Must be based in New York City.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Experience with NetSuite ERP and OneSource tax software.
• Exposure to M&A integration planning.
• Experience in digital media or advertising industries.
• Adept at using AI tools like Gemini, Claude, or GPT.
