What you will do

• Prepare and review current and deferred tax calculations, ETR analysis, and uncertain tax positions.
• Oversee international income tax provision components, including GILTI, Subpart F, and FDII.
• Manage global transfer pricing documentation and Country-by-Country reporting in coordination with external providers.
• Support OECD Pillar Two compliance and data collection processes.
• Develop and maintain tax policies, documentation, and internal controls to support SOX requirements.
• Lead special projects including M&A transactions, legal entity restructurings, and system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, JD, and/or MST certification.
• 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax (FDII, FTC, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT).
• Hands-on experience with ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with OECD Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax.
• Experience with transfer pricing.
