Tax Senior (PCS/Flowthrough): Delivering high-quality tax compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses with an accent on flowthrough and PCS engagements. Focus on preparing complex tax returns, resolving technical tax issues, and mentoring junior staff.

Location: Remote (United States). Candidates located near a hirify.global office will follow a hybrid work model (2–3 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Manage complex Flowthrough and PCS engagements, including real estate and family offices.
• Research and resolve technical tax issues to optimize client outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership on tax planning, projections, and entity structuring.
• Mentor and provide coaching to Associates to support their professional development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of partnership, individual, and flowthrough taxation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with tax research tools and software.

Nice to have

• CPA or EA certification (or in progress).
