What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue objectives across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Manage key accounts and provide white-glove service to top-tier VIP clients and industry partners.
- Collaborate with revenue management and operations to ensure seamless client experiences and optimized performance.
- Represent the hotel at global industry events, trade shows, and high-profile client occasions.
- Analyze market trends and KPIs to provide actionable insights for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in luxury 5-star hospitality, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven track record of generating revenue across international markets and diverse segments.
- Strong existing network within the luxury travel, corporate, and entertainment sectors.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Must be based in Milan or willing to work onsite at the hotel.
Nice to have
- Italian language proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, German, or Russian.
- Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Luxury Management.
