Corporate FP&A Finance Analyst (Financial Analytics/Power BI): Developing forecasting, customer P&L reporting, KPI frameworks, and interactive dashboards for global finance stakeholders with an accent on large-scale data cleansing, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy. Focus on integrating financial data, analyzing trends, and improving processes that support data-driven business decisions.
Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid)

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial forecasting processes.
- Design and enhance customer P&L reporting and KPI frameworks.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Define data acquisition and integration processes while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with Business Units and Finance teams on reporting requirements, issue escalation, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience in business analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Fluent English, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and financial and operational data flows.
- Strong data management, analytical, prioritization, ownership, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
