What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial forecasting processes.
• Design and enhance customer P&L reporting to provide actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop and refine KPI frameworks to track performance effectively.
• Collaborate with Business Units to integrate data sources and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Perform proactive data analysis to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in business analytics or finance.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems and financial data flows.
