What you will do
- Compile and analyze financial data for monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities.
- Prepare variance analysis against budgets and forecasts and identify key business drivers.
- Track performance metrics and support dashboards and scorecards.
- Conduct financial analysis and research for special projects and business cases.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to align reporting with actual results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in finance or financial analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, profitability analysis, process improvement, regulatory awareness, and strategic decision-making.
