Financial Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial results, forecasts, and budgets for assigned business units.
• Build and maintain financial models for business performance analysis, scenario evaluation, and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs, financial trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with senior leaders and present findings to executive management and, when appropriate, the Board of Directors.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
• Improve reporting and analysis processes while mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling.
• Strong business acumen and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
• CPA, CFA, or another relevant professional certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, R, SQL, or other analytical tools for large datasets.
• MBA, Master’s degree, CPA, CFA, or another relevant professional certification.
