Financial Analyst - Business Unit Support (Technology)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Hybrid schedule with regular time in the office and from home.

Salary: $67,500–$111,500 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Technology and Finance leaders to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support.
• Lead and support financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and special projects.
• Analyze spending trends, risks, and opportunities and develop actionable management insights.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain and enhance the Global Technology Services Power BI environment, including dashboards, reports, data models, and self-service analytics.
• Drive reporting automation, process improvements, business cases, investment analyses, and productivity initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, business analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Broad financial and accounting knowledge with strong business acumen.
• Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively across a matrix structure and with diverse management teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
