What you will do

  • Manage 20-30 channel partners, overseeing the full 360 sales cycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Drive pipeline growth by increasing the volume and quality of partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Resolve deal blockers related to credit, pricing, and terms to accelerate closing processes.
  • Coordinate broker onboarding to ensure clear expectations, materials, and momentum.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot to ensure visibility and smooth internal handoffs.
  • Provide field intelligence and market insights to help the company improve its market positioning.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B commercial, sales, or partnerships roles, preferably in energy, SaaS, or high-growth tech.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom to bring RED to businesses across the UK.
  • Proficiency in managing pipelines and activity logs using CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Ability to communicate complex commercial concepts such as pricing, credit, and contract terms clearly.
  • Experience leading commercial discovery conversations with business customers.
