What you will do

• Support test design, rollout, and analysis of incentives and driver acquisition models.
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards tracking marketplace health, driver supply, engagement, and performance.
• Analyze trends in driver behavior, supply/demand imbalance, and route performance to inform decisions.
• Automate manual workflows using SQL, GSheets, and lightweight tools.
• Build scalable tracking frameworks to consolidate data sources like feedback and cohorts.
• Partner on weekly driver communications and live market-clearing strategies; participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in analytics, operations, consulting, or project support; consulting background strongly preferred.
• High proficiency with SQL and Google Sheets.
• Comfort using AI tools and LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Analytical, scrappy, detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, growth-oriented.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in fast-growing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
• High-growth, marketplace, logistics, or gig economy exposure.
