What you will do

• Validate procurement requests and ensure purchase orders align with engineering specifications.
• Track hardware orders to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
• Monitor inbound logistics, inventory management, and distribution to datacenter sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between vendors, 3PL providers, and internal sourcing teams.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to verify delivered materials match project requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based within commuting distance to Bellevue, WA; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; San Francisco, CA; or New York, NY.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in AI or datacenter environments.
• Expertise in contract management, quality reviews, and asset-tracking protocols.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to manage large-scale hardware inventories.
