What you will do

• Own and refine the company's operating model, including decision-rights and alignment frameworks.
• Manage the company's operating rhythm, including quarterly planning, OKR processes, and weekly metrics.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive metric tree to serve as the single source of truth for the organization.
• Act as a cross-functional integrator, managing handoffs and initiatives between EPD, GTM, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Produce structured communications for leadership and company-wide forums to ensure strategic clarity.
• Build and lead a high-performing Business Operations team as the function matures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience combining analytical rigor with hands-on operating work.
• Proven track record of running company-wide planning processes (OKRs, quarterly reviews) at companies with 300+ employees.
• Strong operating judgment with the ability to design systems and execute them in a high-growth environment.
• Executive presence and the ability to drive outcomes through influence in rooms with founders and VPs.
• Clear, direct communication style with a focus on structured proposals and actionable recommendations.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City or Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Experience building operating models or planning cadences from scratch at a scaling company.
• Background in M&A integration or organizational design.
• Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or VP Ops capacity.
• Experience in hyper-growth environments where the organization doubled multiple times.
