What you will do

• Lead client projects while exploring diverse domains and technologies.
• Identify recurring patterns and unmet needs across various industries.
• Develop and iterate on internal AI roadmaps, tools, and experiments.
• Contribute to the design and iteration of early-stage AI products.
• Collaborate with a high-agency team to incubate new business ideas.
• Transition into founding a new company, joining an incubation, or taking a leadership role.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Brazil
• Strong systems thinking and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Background in engineering, product management, or a specific industry domain.
• Deep understanding of or strong excitement about AI-first thinking.
• High curiosity, fast learning ability, and a bias to action.
• Emotionally intelligent and low-ego approach to collaboration.
