Salary: $215K – $245K plus equity

What you will do
- Design and continuously refine sales territories aligned with company priorities and growth goals
- Manage bi-weekly territory carve process including account allocation and data accuracy
- Analyze territory performance and develop data-driven frameworks for account prioritization
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and leadership to align on territory decisions and communicate changes
- Drive improvements to territory planning processes to increase scalability and operational rigor
- Serve as a proactive team player handling both operational and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Location: Must be based onsite in San Francisco, CA, USA
- 4–6+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience building models and working with large datasets
- Proven ability to execute complex operational processes with high attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior executives
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- SQL experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience with territory planning, account segmentation, or quota design
- Previous startup or high-growth operational experience
