Salary: $215K – $245K plus equity

What you will do

  • Design and continuously refine sales territories aligned with company priorities and growth goals
  • Manage bi-weekly territory carve process including account allocation and data accuracy
  • Analyze territory performance and develop data-driven frameworks for account prioritization
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and leadership to align on territory decisions and communicate changes
  • Drive improvements to territory planning processes to increase scalability and operational rigor
  • Serve as a proactive team player handling both operational and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based onsite in San Francisco, CA, USA
  • 4–6+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building models and working with large datasets
  • Proven ability to execute complex operational processes with high attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior executives
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • SQL experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience with territory planning, account segmentation, or quota design
  • Previous startup or high-growth operational experience
