Salary: $168K – $231K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the full startup motion, including P&L, acquisition, pricing, and product strategy.
• Define positioning and comparison stories against competitors like Brex and Mercury.
• Build acquisition channels via founder networks, accelerators, and programmatic SEO.
• Collaborate with Product teams to optimize the "incorporation-to-funded-card" onboarding experience.
• Represent hirify.global as the primary face within the SF startup community.
• Track and drive a single North Star metric: percentage of new US startups starting on hirify.global.

Requirements

• Must live in or relocate to San Francisco.
• Experience as a founder or early-stage founding team member.
• Deep, current connection to the SF startup ecosystem (accelerators, angels, networks).
• 5+ years of experience in founding, growth, GTM, or general management.
• Demonstrable AI fluency and integration of AI tools into professional workflows.
• Strong P&L management skills and a results-oriented "GM instinct".

Nice to have

• Alumni of YC, Techstars, Neo, or South Park Commons.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or developer-led distribution.
• Existing following or audience in the founder community.
• Background in angel investing or advising early-stage companies.
