Director of F&B

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

What you will do

• Lead the property’s food and beverage operation across restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets or catering.
• Develop and execute food and beverage strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor sales performance, and maintain profit margins.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve service performance, and introduce new products based on market trends.
• Lead, coach, and develop the food and beverage leadership team and direct reports.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement corrective actions to improve customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related area.
• Alternatively, a two-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of customer service, financial resource management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and people management.
• Ability to manage food and beverage costs, controllable expenses, equipment, facilities, and supplies.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and business decision-making skills.
