What you will do

• Oversee all spa operations, including salon, skin care, fitness, wellness, and reception areas.
• Manage spa budgets, payroll, and controllable expenses to maximize financial performance.
• Develop and execute spa sales and marketing strategies, including promotions and group services.
• Select vendors, manage contracts, and oversee retail product inventory and displays.
• Lead, hire, and train management and hourly staff to ensure high standards of guest service.
• Analyze guest feedback and performance data to implement corrective actions and service improvements.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field with 4 years of experience OR 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in spa, guest services, or related professional areas.
• Proven leadership experience in managing spa or luxury hospitality operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and guest relations.
• Ability to work onsite at hirify.global Tokyo.
