Partner Success Manager

Focus on driving partner satisfaction and engagement through training, education, and partner enablement while partnering closely with sales and marketing.

Location: Remote Ireland

Salary: €51,200 base; on-target earnings €64,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Manage a book of several hundred partners and customers to maintain, grow, and minimize churn
• Act as a trusted advisor to deliver solutions that increase customer satisfaction and drive partner adoption
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
• Collaborate with the team to achieve partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction goals
• Develop creative ways to engage partners and help them meet business objectives

Requirements

• Location: must be based in Ireland
• 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, ideally in sales or customer success
• Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional customer and partner engagement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a hyper-growth environment
• Ability to execute customer success strategies across all accounts
