Salary: £50,000 base (up to £75,000 OTE)

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of 20-30 key accounts across IT, Security, Data, and AI services.
- Lead onboarding experiences to ensure long-term client success.
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
- Deliver regular service reviews and strategic account plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with Sales and Technical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of hitting retention, growth, or revenue targets.
- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and commercial conversations.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
