What you will do

  • Act as the primary lead for strategic client relationships, managing accounts with $2M - $4M in annual revenue.
  • Develop medical communications roadmaps aligned with brand objectives and scientific strategy.
  • Drive organic growth by identifying evolving client needs and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Manage the financial health of assigned accounts, including forecasting, margin management, and SOW development.
  • Oversee the execution of core tactics including publications, advisory boards, congress activities, and digital initiatives.
  • Coach and develop Manager- and Coordinator-level staff through feedback and career development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, publications planning, and congress strategy.
  • Advanced financial acumen regarding profitability management and forecasting.
  • Exceptional executive-level presentation and communication skills.
