Product Manager (Security SaaS)

Product Manager (Security SaaS): Drive the development and enhancement of hirify.global' ZTNA and remote access products within the Access & Identity team. Focus on delivering best-in-class network and security services with an accent on product vision, customer research, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on managing end-to-end product execution, solving customer pain points, and collaborating across multiple teams.

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams including Sales, R&D, Marketing, UI/UX, and Customer Success to deliver network and security services.
• Translate strategic product goals into actionable tasks and manage execution across departments.
• Conduct product research and write detailed design documents to guide feature delivery.
• Create and deliver presentations to various stakeholders including customers and internal teams.
• Travel quarterly to meet customers and partners face to face.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of B2B product management experience in enterprise security software.
• Technical background with 4-7 years in software development, security research, or related roles.
• Experience with security solutions such as SSE, SASE, remote access, Cloud Security, and Enterprise Browsers.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Business-driven and customer-first mindset supporting sales efforts.
• Strong product vision with skills in market and user research, competitive analysis, and user feedback integration.
• High UX understanding and ability to collaborate with UX experts.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and computer science degree are advantages.
