Salary: $160,000–$210,000 base pay + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Be the primary point of contact for customers, maximizing ROI in hirify.global products.
• Build thorough understanding of product, technology, and strategy, messaging them succinctly to customers.
• Translate complex product and technology problems into simple, actionable solutions.
• Advise on best practices relating to fraud and compliance.
• Build, monitor, and communicate KPIs to clients.
• Provide strategic analysis for long-term expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years of domain experience in compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC.
• Strong analytical skills for number crunching and drawing insights.
• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools.
• Capable of translating complex strategies into actionable processes and outcomes.
• Strong presentation and project management skills.
