What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, specifically Cloud services, SaaS, channel partner, and professional services agreements.
• Manage the lifecycle of legal documents, including the approval and signature process.
• Support sales operations, particularly in relation to complex RFP responses and internal business requests.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Regulatory, Privacy, and IP teams to gain broad in-house legal experience.
• Maintain legal templates and playbooks for accuracy and consistency.
• Build effective working relationships with internal clients and business partners across various teams and countries.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree in Business or Contract Law.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
