TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France, or Remote

Salary: €40,000 – €55,000

What you will do

  • Design and execute permanent 2nd-level controls to verify the AML/CFT framework's effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update annual AML/CFT risk mapping covering clients, products, distribution channels, and geographies.
  • Produce well-documented regulatory inputs and reports for AMF, ACPR, and TRACFIN.
  • Partner with 1st-line operational teams to strengthen internal controls across the business.
  • Co-develop and lead AML/CFT training modules for new joiners and the wider company.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, internal control, or risk within a bank, EMI, or fintech.
  • Hands-on knowledge of risk mapping and suspicious transaction reporting.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience operating in a 2nd line of defense (LoD2) role with oversight of LoD1.
  • Strong familiarity with the French regulatory landscape (AMF, ACPR, TRACFIN).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the MiCA regulatory framework.
